I'm going to politely disagree with you.
Just because you know how bad someone will react to something doesn't mean you don't tell them because when the subject brought up later, it is more of a betrayal on your side because you KNEW, and you didn't tell Seth that a part of Nephthys (who was Seth's wife for centuries, who shared a life with him and raised a family with, and who he sadly still clings to) is trapped in the mirror. Then, knowing that he still thinks that she's in the mirror and seeing how devastated he was at the thought of you doing something to it, breaks it in front of his horrified face.
Horus made it so much worse because he could've avoided this whole fucked up situation but just TALKING to Seth. I mean sure, Seth probably still would've gotten upset and tried to save Nephthys but I think he would've been in more of a mind to listen to hours than he is in this moment when he thinks that Horus doesn't even love him and he's all he has now is Nephthys. Horus had Seth's trust, and his love. But just like Seth said, Horus broke his trust by keeping secrets and when the worst possible scenario happened and all of Horus' dirty laundry got thrown out for all to see, he made an already fucked up situation 100x worse by breaking the mirror because WE ALL KNEW HOW SETH WOULD REACT.
How many times does Seth fucking do something without thinking. How many times has he let his anger take over and go absolutely ape shit.
I am NOT justifying what Seth did but some of this was Horus' fault because he could've avoided all this by doing the one thing bl characters can't do and that's TALK TO EACH OTHER.

no, but you need to accept that horus is somewhat at fault for this outcome, you want to pretend that horus did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong and that is a load of bullshit. You can be as angry as you want with seth but of course he's not going to listen to horus when he found out that he was keeping crucial information from him. Not only that but, how was seth supposed to know if horus' feelings are fake or not, huh? Look at what happened to Nephthys. In his head, horus' feelings could just be controlled by the mirror and horus wouldn't even know. But even still, with horus' eyes gouged out, he didn't fight back because if he did seth's soul would've been disintegrated. And even though horus just got his heartbroken and soul crushed, he still couldn't bring himself to hurt him. He didn't deserve anything that happened to him at all and seth will face what he did, but horus and seth were going to have to face this eventually.
Excuse me but Horus did nothing wrong here! He didn’t mentioned the mirror cuz he knew Seth will misunderstand his feelings and believe it’s just the mirror effect. And for nephthus , she doesn’t love Seth anymore. I think Horus afraid she will only hurt Seth even more.
Apart from that, he was always there for Seth . What did Seth do for Huros? NOTHING ! The least he could do is talk to him and try understand him but instead he got him blind!
