Can somsone explain to me how blind Mc is? I'm on Ch 22 and He's reading on paper 😭

In traditional sense he is completely blind, but he can see in a different way, so he can see the "spirit" or the intent of the written text so he can read most texts. He can see heavenly script probably easier than anyone else. Thats why he sees some people with high spirituality clearly and ordinary people more blurry.
