Whenever they're in a situation that calls for a break up they somehow don't and all that tension you felt just goes away and makes you feel frustrated, author's should take some backbone and make them break up and have the other actually fully realize their actions and have them communicate by bringing the other one back desperately.. like, there's sm situations where the characters have to realize what they lost after losing them or it just doesn't feel complete. How are they too scared to add a break up scene but never too scared to add rape?
