I'm not sure if there's more side stories, but in side story 1 they are engaged after dating for a while and sejin promises ido to always launch a perfume on their anniversary as a reminder of his love and that helps ido to outcome his anxiety about the future. most of the chapters at the end are ido's povs so it helps to understand his character c:
