There is this build up of tension around the uke turning 20 - the seme seems to say he will be more open and willing once he is an adult - that is never touched on again. The uke goes to uni, but we never see him specifically at, or older than, twenty to see if the seme became more open and willing. In fact, what we see is just more of the same old, same old. With ten chapters, there could have been so much more done with the story.
