The only thing I can think of is when she was punished for going to the neighbors to get a needle. But her ex husband accused her of going to cheat with the neighbors husband and he made her think it was her fault though she had done nothing wrong. If that's not it then I don't think they did.
Did we ever learn what "incident" happened between Chloe and her ex in the past? It was mentioned a few times that she "embarrassed" him somehow at a specific time/event but never goes into detail about it
