I don’t hate her but I don’t really like her either. Even though she’s working hard to make up for her actions in her past life and create a better future for her daughter, she’s still neglectful of her and still has problems with her own behavior. For example, her daughter has to shoulder her moms emotional burdens and always constantly reassure her that she’ll take care of her mom, even tho the mom has been expressing her love more, she still relies on her daughter as emotional support, which a 6 year old kid shouldn’t need to do; it’s kinda seen with how the daughter acts where she’s basically emotionally more mature than her own brother, having to stop him from fighting the white haired boy. I think there was a study on kids similar to her who have emotionally unstable parents and while their relationship wasn’t as abusive as it was while they were in the slums, it’s still def emotionally neglectful
