at this point the side couple got the spotlight and it feels almost as if they were the real mcs all along

They are the mcs lol. The author said that 4 of them were the mcs long time ago. There's no side couple, both are main couple
If there is no side couple, why are San and Eunjae in one chapter every four chapters. The beginning feels like such a bait and switch, the difference is too big now
No one will know the answer except the author. Its their decision to choose which pov to focus on, I believe everyone will get their turn. With how eunjae and san relationship going right now along with the goblin-jaws problem, the story cant focus often on eunjae-san love story. If author decided to make san has more role in this problem, surely we will see more of them
Now the story is progressing with more character and little information, maybe the author will focus on those new characters first
With geumsun and 704, even when they appear often recently, their story has no progress at all and keep going back to zero. In my opinion, the author isnt focusing on romance for now, thats why the progress is slow for eunjae-san and geumsun-704

I miss san... I miss our real mc and ml couple :(
