ive read all 4 (the original, saviors pride, the 2 anthologies, to the savior, and this one) -- are there any more chapters to this one? or is this on hiatus/dropped?

Hiatus.. in ZROSUM, it recently contains up to 6 chapters at the current moment. But this manga is a prequel every arc got axed since the reserialization started.
