honestly, this is NOT a romance-genre story and the fMC doesn't really have a boyfriend and isn't really a bully, just an apathetic character who's too self-aware due to the fourth wall, but i can't stop thinking you're talking about her because of the pink hair. Have you tried "survival romance"?
Hi I forgot the name of this manhwa. I believe it was a modern story with the main characters in high school. The story is follows the female lead who is a bully and she torments people around her and I believe she has a boyfriend. And I think one day the boyfriend breaks up with her and then she goes back in time and the story continues from there. I think it was a romance story and the female lead had pink hair.
