I'm not the typical to reply btw lol, the height different the reason why he look like shota too, beside the way he looks quite fine at least since I see far far shota than this boy was and it's was more disturbing, & yep I've been into the darkest anime/manga fandom before believed me I never want to watched that again, also I never see short height with adult faced before it'll be so weird don't you think unless in shounen manga one more thing it's not just this author that has rotten brain there much more of them it's like their culture idk that's why I often ignored it.
