That scene is a bit ifferent in the manga which is why you can't find the chapter
It's technically chapter 26, but bc the anime is a little different from the manga it doesn't appear. He just sort of pops up in the middle of them arguing about Hikaru staying or leaving. Personally, the anime made that scene a lot more appealing and emotionally satisfying.
how different is it ?
what chapter was it when tanaka watches them at the beach? I've been seeing many anime edits about it but I can't seem to find the scene among the old chaps
