I think Daniel was the only voice of reason this entire series (entire series being only 25 chapters but I digress) and I have a feeling Jaden was only convincing himself because no way in hell would some sex, a taco, and a make out session by the beach make you decide “oh hell yeah I’m over my dead crush [who died in the war] and now I want the dude who looks exactly like him!
