Basically the ML as a child met the MC and went on a rampage killing MCs mother. Since that incident the ML removed his memories of that moment and stalked him throughout his life. The story starts when ig the ML finally decided to ‘meet’ the MC. The most recent thing that happened was after the MC found out about his past and that the ML killed the MCs mother he decided to break up with the ML. The ML didn’t like that so he basically used the city as a hostage to blackmail the MC to staying w him. There’s more to it still but that’s as summed up as I can get.
