actually it's not 'lately' it has always been something common in BL or shoujo manga with smut since at least 20 years ago. i think people should have the good sense not to learn morals from fictional content. (i would love it if real life rapists are castrated as punishment, but i'm totally alright with any shit going down in fiction)
