you quite literally just pointed out why people dropped why would they stick around when the characters were degraded so badly during the first half of the second szn... there was no point in trying to sit through this waiting for it to get better
Trust, I understand, I know it's the main reason people dropped it. I'm in for seeing if the team can make it through, or if they do what so many have done and rush the ending. I've seen one that had so much potential, but I guess they laid off so many folks or the funding ran out that the art was like a middle schooler was drawing, and the last 15 chapters made no sense at all.
So I'm here for it to become a dumpster fire or a returning gem after the retrograding it went through, lol.
I mean art was only half the issue. Pacing went off the rails too and characters seemed to have different personalities. The artist change also changed the voice of the story and it was all shizz no one who loved the 1st season was all that into torturing themselves after that and rightly dropped it.
True, but I was there during the early season 1 chapter uploads ;-; Compared to many things I read, the art change didn't strike me until people complained enough for me to look back. I don't mind the change, and the pacing was a bit off first, but the team eventually got things in a good spot. Plus, I've seen worse art ._.
Reading all them comments complaining about the art degrade aren't here for the story. Granted, there was a moment it was irritating, but once it got to the hell arc it picked back up on story mode! I just love seeing people rage drop it over the silly things. After seeing the wiki for spoilage I'm invested to see this go on.
