Question

I keep waiting for it aswell but I can’t remember the reason why it’s stopped happening.. Pretty sure it’s because he hasn’t mastered it, he can’t control it so it doesn’t happen at will. Also lately he hasn’t been fighting alone, he also hasn’t had any near death experiences or fallen unconscious so there hasn’t really been a reason to use it.. He’s fighting with the skills he’s learned and is developing hence the focus of him constantly questioning himself. No point relying on a technique you can’t control.. Even tho I wish he would cause it’s OP

He’s also getting stronger, so there hasn’t really been a need to fall into the ultra instinct state even when he’s “losing”
