Well I did that read that spoiler and it was kind of confusing but here's what I understood. Fl died, ml performed some kind of ritual where he had kill her 7 times to bring her back (how did he kill, I don't know). After the borrowed time was over he disappeared, I think even from everyone's memories except hers I think. After she got to know all this she performed the same ritual.

I read somewhere that ML needed to kill MC 7 times in alternate universe before get in the current timeline. I'm not really sure. Also, the ML will disappear because it's just borrowed time where he doesn't age or get sick. MC will also sacrifice to get him back so they'll be both immortal. Unfortunately, they can't have a baby :((((hopefully the ending is different here.
