I think the story is showing that chat gpt didn't work for her at all. First it had her confess when she shouldn't have and then it gave her advice for a blind date that was a disaster. It didn't exactly frame the AI advice in a good light.
i think the author wanted make it realistic and a bit relatable to some people using it as a relationship/ life advisor. it's funny ngl
i preferred the going to forums and it being that way the characters got advice. it felt more human and not bad for the environment given chat gpt is awful all around plus chat gpt doesn’t encourage psychosis. i’m pretend i didn’t read that and she was messaging a friend in a forum cause my god is that annoying.
