i feel like its easy to say that since we are reading it, its black and white to us but obviously for him its like why did you go out of your way all those times, like why did you make all that effort just to feel nothing? its understandable for someone like him whose clearly fallen in love to grasp onto everything while we as readers can discern
His love is dumb too, he only likes the top guy just because he has a handsome face. Like if someone is poly I’m not going to expect them to date only me. Clearly everyone in the whole school knows that the top is a player. The top even mentioned that he just want the experience of dating the opp gender since he never go out with a guy before. So he’s not even gay to begin with. Obv it’s just a manhwa and it’s pretty silly but in reality you wouldn’t go for someone who said all those things to you. There’s so many red flag but bottom is blind lol
Honestly, I’ve been in the same situation as the MC so I can understand why he’s frustrated. However, at the same time, the ML was very clear from the gecko, and even in my situation, I had to recognize the same thing that; they were very clear. That’s why when I was reading. I already knew that the MC shouldn’t go in that situation because you’re only gonna hurt your own feelings. Also as the story progressed, I was more upset with the MC then the ML because the MC was holding on to all the painful things that the ML did and pushed him away, and then got mad when the ML stayed away out of respect. I think the ML was really trying to be respectful and considerate. He took the MC‘s words at face value and follow through.
Right! The ML straight up asked him at the beginning, “Why do you like me” and the MC response because you’re hot. So how is the ML supposed to expect anything else when you approach him just like everybody else is approaching him. I would understand if he approached him because he was attractive and during the six months that he was following around, got to know him and liked him more. But he was not paying attention to him obviously it was just like you’re attractive, so let’s go.

To be honest I’m not even mad at the top. The bottom guy was the frustrating one. He knew that that the top is infamous for sleeping around but still “try to change a man” and get all upset when the top is just showing him his true nature. Like bro he already told you that he sleeps around.
