After MC gets with that girl and breaks MLs heart briefly by saying he never loved him, was that a lie? Did he ever actually him or was he just using ML to get through the pain of his illness?
I’m having a hard time sympathizing with MC, unless he was just trying to date that girl because he didn’t want to hurt ML knowing he was going to die in the end.. it seemed like MC did love ML but idk…
