Open Google Play Books, go to Settings and check Enable PDF uploading. Try opening your epub file now.

The exact word is "The file can't be upload. Check the internet connection and try again."
But I'm so sure there's nothing wrong with my internet connection!!

Try uploading a different file, just to check if it works out.

So I want to upload epub file to Google Play Books, but it said "There's a mistake" or whatever...
I try another books and it said the same...
My internet connection is not bad (because I can open and read from this site)
Does somebody know what's wrong with the app or maybe with my phone? Please tell me what should I do..!
And if there's other free app for reading novels, do tell me too! (My most concern is offline dictionary in the app - Google Play Books has inner dictionary, like I tap the word I don't understand and the meaning appears)
