we must be reading two different stories. its very obv why joo is changing and why the redemption arc started. its still time for the story to explain his thought process and emotions, but this author doesn't make long bls so you shouldn't expect to get a detailed redemption arc.
The whole redemption arc feels so forced. Do better, horse face. And Dan is smiling in this, finally. He deserves so much better
