Tooru is the best!! He is the only honest guy in all the series!!!
I used to really love Tooru in Lovers and Souls, Vanity and Rules. But in Rules 2nd season, I really felt like his character had no development at all. Miyamoto Kano decided to make Hikaru and Yuki think about their actions etc. but Tooru and Atori's story kinda sucked even though they were such a great couple before...

I really don't like Yuki, it's true there are so many cheatings here and the relationships were kind of messed up, but most of those caused by misunderstanding or getting dumped. Only Yuki cheat on Hikaru wihout him doing anything wrong. I don't like him much since the original Rules, he's just a shy and indecisive child who luckily won over a mature-and-kind Hikaru! When he agree with Chihiro that Hikaru was indecisive.. my thought was 'Are you in the position to complain? You even cheating him first!'
