1) he's really jealous and possessive with Nanao
2) He's really protective over Towa.
I also liked the moment when Shinonome looked under Towa's skirt, he's so cute xD. But really first it's Shinonome who think Mikado as a thing for Yuki and now Towa is jealous of Yuki ? Mikado and Yuki need to keep their distance haha.
I thought he didnt seem to mind at all. i was expecting him to get pissed. i really didnt like nanao in this chapter. i mean towa is dating his brother, and he is dating towas brother. so i found it disturbing that he wanted to kiss him. i was expecting mikado to punch his brother. but oh well.

that's because nanao is an uke so it is pretty obvious that he won't really lay a hand on towa...
nanao was just teasing towa because he was trying to convince him that he was beautiful... he's just trying to say that if mikado doesn't want him (because towa thinks that mikado likes beautiful people and thinks he isn't beautiful) then nanao would accept him... i thin it's sweet that there is someone on the earth is trying to cheer him up by teasing him...
so it's obvious that nanao meant it as a joke and readers would know that nanao would never lay hands on towa unless it changes to uke x uke

a lot of characters switch in manga like these. in yaoi manga, i have seen characters go from uke->seme and seme->uke depending on the relationship.
i still found is creepy. i wouldnt want my boyfriends brother to cheer me up by taking a bath with me and trying to kiss me.

you're right. im sure kuon knows nanao best, if he wasnt worried, it must have been because he trusts him. after i made my comment. i remembered the manga love mode, Kiichi (the semes brother) was crazy for his brothers lover, Izumi. but it wasnt anything sexual, he just loved teasing him and stealing him from his brother lol.
