I searched and they are literally the same of the babies but bigger
doesn't change the fact that it deforms your teeth. look it up. i think it's similar effect people get from frequent thumb sucking
i can only think of 2 things:
1. as someone said this pacifier must be so nasty, i hope he washed it behind the scenes
2. he'd most likely have teeth deformation
