I get ur point! but actually some people grow more and have an adult figure and some just grow into almost the same body, I'm a boy turning 19 and I still look the same I did at 15, everyone is different so there's no need to make it as if it's weird, although yeah some authors make it in a weird way but that's not necessarily the case for any adult men with babyface or small body, fem men exist IRL and it shouldn't be a weird thing!
