My mother and grandmother hadn't spoken for years. When I was in 4th grade, I found my grandmother on my own and started visiting her without my parents knowing. Later, I found out what had happened. There was drama, of course, but it didn't change my mind. I know why my mother stopped talking to her, but I decided that these were their personal problems and had nothing to do with me.
Until the very end, the two didn't communicate, and I visited my grandmother every day, and that was the best decision I ever made.
Ohhh okay I see you I’m glad for you, I guess it all depends for person. Byuls grandma probably cares for her grandson and byul too . For me just seeing hyesung story, makes me forget about the established relationship between byul and his grandmother. I still care to support Hyesung reaction despite his past.
What happened between hyesung and his mother is disgusting, no one denies it. My mother reacted the same way hyesung did and honestly their situation was worse. But that doesn't give her the right to take away my free choice and keep me away from my grandmother. Well, I chose what was best for me and I really don't regret it.

As someone who was in the same situation as Byul, I will just say that I support his actions 100%. I personally did the same thing and I don't regret it. (and yes, I know both sides of the story
