I think Hyesung pretty much moved on from his trauma and we see his character development in the main story. I agree he shouldn't blame Byul, but I don't see how he's wrong in any of this tbh. Let's also keep in mind his reaction is still fresh and he's shocked.

but he must have felt betrayed by byul
If byul has straight up told him about talking to his grandmother then I think Hyesung would have come to accept it

yess a huge part of this problem was the secrecy. I can't imagine how someone would feel if they were in the same situation irl.
I hope people won't defend dojin
He is clearly the starter of this mess
And people who blame byul need to grow up
Sure having opinions matters but have ones that actually make sense picking sides doesn't matter.
They all are wrong in there own ways.
Dojin shouldn't have done that behind his back.
Byul only knows what the grandmother told him and he is young if your realise your own parents didn't want you how would you feel sure he doesn't resent them for that as he states but deep down ofc he does.
Hyesung can't move on from its trauma and he shouldn't blame Byul.
But people saying he should get over it are the kind of people who tell a paralysed person to just walk it off.
