So I don’t know if it can be this one but there is an Omegaverse called marking omega or マーキングオメガ , where the omega gets a huge natural rose tattoo on the forehead every time he does it with the alpha. I don’t think the manga is in this site
all i remember is that it was an omegaverse
and the omega was into an accident or surgery i forgot but that broke the bond he had with tha alpha but it came back important detail is that the omega had a flower tattoo of the bond he had with the alpha like it was a natural tattoo help pleaseee
