Yes it's true the manhwa mischaracterize MC (hoyeol) making it seems like grandfell did everything instead and manhwa also cut and changes the plot that's why some things seems lacking so I'd recommend you read the novel first from chapter 1

So for those who read the novel, do you guys recommend I read the novel first and ignore the manhwa? I heard that they mischaracterized the MC a lot in the manhwa, and in the novel, it's really different.
