It’s likely the country they’re in. Asian countries have this mindset that tattoos are either for yakuza (gangs) or delinquents.
I’m sure there’s a work around if the tattoo can be covered up by sleeves/clothing. But it’s probably harder over there. Especially for office work where you have to meet clients and stuff.
Dude you should have to remove tattoos to "be professional" like bffr I have seen Doctors with tattoo and it doesn't stop them from doing their job
