The author's style is very reminiscent of horror webcomics, but I think some people are confusing the use of 3D with AI. I believe it's simply the author's style.Please don't make assumptions and accuse the author without knowing the facts. This work started with a very good story, and we don't get that every day.

Well it looks like AI because of the translator, he/she used AI which made the eyes and lips look hyper-realistic, it's not like that in the raws
