I am actually pretty sure there are chapters where the MC visits Mitya's country and they get married there and visit Mitya's family. This is a re-upload of the manga and I read it on here long ago.

Why do I keep reading things like this? It's not my kind of story but it certainly is beautiful.
Another one who fell short on chapters. Can't they just make us happy and give us an extra chapter on their marriage where they can speak each other's languages fluently? You guys just make it a living to keep us from happiness.
