other spoilers; i’m being deadass lololo novel is just a short one like 30+ ish chapters (the author did have a lot of kink tho, their 2nd novel is the same universe as this one but it’s about this couple’s sons that fall for eo: incest) but here’s the thing, this novel is surprisingly good and also sad tho bcs it’s edwin’s centered pov, his backstory is sad but fresh/unique plot and it comes from a real beast pov, not a human bcs he never was a human.
so everything is explained much clearer there bcs a lot of good scenes/aftercare were cut off on manhwa so it always looks like the bottom got forced every single time but the reality from the novel is both of them are masochist in their own extreme ways (especially edwin, he lives for pain and pleasure). but in novel the author explicitly mentions how the bottom consent to everything bcs he “did” lent his body for edwin to use as he pleased right from the beginning (and he gets to fuck edwin later so a win is a win). you’ll see a lot of extreme and weird stuff later on, these early chapters are NOTHING. buckle up
