Hmm... That's true in some cases, yes, those kids even I can't bring myself to blame but some kids still do bad stuff while knowing well enough it's bad. Not many kids are innocent nowadays. They know what they are doing. They are innocent in the sense that thay don't care or think of the repercussions or just think they can get away with it Cuz of doting parents.
"They know what they are doing"
No they don't. Kids up until seven are incapable of truly understanding that other people have thoughts and feelings separate from their own. It's a well studied and understood developmental milestone called egomania.
Furthermore, even kids over seven need to be properly taught and socialised to understand what they're doing is right or wrong. Your argument that this is the parent's fault actually does the exact opposite of what you claim.
No, they DON'T understand what they're doing because either a, they literally do not have well developed enough brains to grasp it and/or b, their parents/the adults around them have failed to properly teach them.
They don't know, they are innocent by definition. If you want to take the moral high ground over actual literal children, do it with arguments that make sense.

When people say kids and children are innocent...
And when I remember my childhood bullies...
And then looking at brats like Ayur...
I realise once again there's no point talking sense to some people.
