Kind of considered as rape, I mean the ml kinda had the intention. At first he knew that the mc wasn't aware of his presence but he still continued to touch him.
The first time was definitely rape, but he still liked it anyway. And then he started to wait for his stalker to come.
Analyzing the circumstance, i dont think this is considered rape(?). I mean, the bottom seemed to consent the intercourse anyway, he liked it because the "stalker" (which i dont even know why he's called a stalker when he initially didnt intended to stalk him but to help him have a better life) helps him to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
