This just reminds me that police and detectives care too much about crimes no one cares about than helping rape victims, missing children, or murder victims. They got their priorities totally wrong. Sure he's a victim, but do we REALLLLLY need to figure put who killed a total scumbag who harrased and stalked people. Also knowing that the girl, A MINOR, was raped by him makes me think he just doesn't deserve to have "justice" found for him.
