I believe even without romance it's good I just hope they didn't do it. It's a good manga, romance and marriage doesn't seems to be needed. It came out as he just accepted to be engaged with the girl even tho he doesn't love her. He's still a child and engagement is definitely definitely not needed, he just came to school to study and now he's engaged to some pushy girl.
