But I donāt think he is being portrayed as a monster though, turned into one because the MC believes he killed his whole family, so preyed to a god for revenge, yes. But I donāt think heās done anything yet that monstrous he was involved in a war, yes. Killed the royal family for their crimes which I donāt think he had a choice in. As if he didnāt the people would have turned on or killed him as a traitor to the revolution. In fact he was treading on thin ice when he decided to marry mc. The only way round that was he said he wanted to make the prophecy come true and be the monster that destroyed the kingdom.
