I think her uncle was trying to protect her from his own kid as they grew up but yeah still seems unfair and not well managed

Not really it was his own son who stole everything and manipulated it, he even killed his own father. The uncle must have realized what his son planning to his niece so he used the 40% inheritance to protect her before he was killed.
I just realized that her uncle stole her inheritance. She gave him authority to be her guardian to protect her wealth and he dies and give his son the ownership of her house. I hope she finds the legal documents that prove her uncle and cousin stole her inheritance that she got from her father. I’m so pissed off that she brush it off and was okay getting less than what she is worth
