The concept of omegaverse and male pregnancy always intrigues me as a nursing student because in order to give birth they would need to have uterine linings and go through periods and sooooo many other loopholes. Most of their anatomy is just not built for childbirth.
There’s also the issue with oestrogen. They wouldn’t be produce as much as females (hence less development of ovarian follicles) meaning realistically most male omegas would be recessive/infertile.
I think male omegas would more commonly have c-sections because of their narrow pelvis… Assuming they have a cervix, the anus still can’t stretch as wide as a vagina so it would also be more painful….
