As someone that's read a lot of older comics it's for anyone that loves the ridiculousness of golden and silver age comic storytelling. (Don't know why this is here either but I fear I was among the target audience lol)
I'm not sure why this is here but, its ...unique. Whoever created it should be proud of themselves because starting and finishing a project is not easy. On the otherhand, I have no idea who this story is for...
