he needs to be killed off cause that type if evil sickness can't be just left to its own devices kn a mental instituitiom. Im against death penalty but for these type of people, there mind is wired differently so rhey domt understand nor want to understand emotions, sympathy and empathy and ml, he doesnt even care to try be a respeftable citizen.
