he considers himself their uncle, but technically he’s not blood related to any of them. He just takes in a bunch of orphans. in my view he’s just a pedo who raised a bunch of orphans so he has options to choose from. And Frederick as his favourite that’s why he technically hasn’t touched him yet and is making him his air.

From what i caught in the last convo between oliver and luciano, it seems oliver is threatened to accept whatever luciano does to him, in exchange for not touching federico - which would probably be impossible for luciano anyway but oliver is probably too terrified to realise that or there’s some other stuff we don’t know yet
