Where do you read the novel?
half a year later but same thoughts about their first time LMAO all that talk about wanting it to be special only to do it in the car (they are literally sitting in the parking lot... why not go upstairs bro). glad to hear that the novel is quite good because i feel like the webtoon missed a lot of things which made it a little boring for me :( i want to love this but i can't. i share similar sentiments as well in some parts of the webtoon, like "this doesn't make sense!" which made it a little cringy/cliche. thanks for your comment, i feel validated with my feelings about this story
I liked them but couldnt name what irritates me until i read the novel. In webtoon, second season felt rushed. Especially their relationship, their first time (i mean wtf was that car sex right after "i dont want our first time to be like this" shit) and Jing Kang's personality was not for me. But still felt interested and read the novel, thanks to someone at the comments section.
In novel MC has so much "character" in it, he is more clever, cool and rational than webtoon. Also their relationship not rushed, their first time was kinda tender. They did it after some mental and physical preparations. I love it! ╰(⸝⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝⸝)╯
In webtoon, when they went to Japan for capturing Suzuki... i was like "why??? You do everything from your pc lol" But okay.
After they save the blondie, they had some dramatic moments before Jin Kang go to where Suzuki is. He said goodbyes and confessed him one more time. I literally thought "oh, is he gonna fall from the cliff later? Or they had to talk about something important bcs he came from another country to meet the guy" but nothing happened. NO FKING THING. I felt robbed... ಠ︵ಠ
In novel, this sequence totally different. Blondie not kidnapped, they don't go to Japan, Jin Kang doesnt confess his feelings untill everythings solved...
Soooo... I'm glad i read the novel. Webtoon was like a 6/10 for me but novel 8/10 at worst ლ(´ڡ`ლ) if you like the theme but didn't like the storyline, come to novel (◕ᴗ◕✿)
