I found it js now HAHHA I did try to check my history but it wasn't there, prolly bcs I didn't have wifi when i saw it. It's "Love Hate Prince" by Santa Kago!
I came across a tiktok with a bl manga that looked so good but I accidentally refreshed! From what I can remember, the poster was describing the author and how good their art work was! And the main guy has eyebrow for days! All I can remember with the title was something along the lines of "Love prince hate"
