I heard in the novel that the 2nd ML ends up getting sick and needs a new liver or something so he hunts the FL lead down, and pretends to care for her so he could get her liver. Then after she gives it to him she realizes he doesn’t love her so she takes off with Yato. Then when she leaves the guy realizes he was in love with her and tries to look for her. But at the end of the story ends up finding her with Yato and both of them end up returning to heaven happily together or something.
Does anyone have spoilers for the novel ending? I feel bad for the employees at the studio, but it is disappointing knowing we didn’t get the proper ending especially since 90% of the story was exact copy.
