(I can’t remember names so hair color it is): Both angels loved each other but they weren’t allowed to. The blonde angel wanted to properly love Dana so he wished for that and therefore became human, but this wish also turned Dana human. As humans, blonde one wasn’t able to keep his memories once he became black hair guy, but he still had his holy blessings. Dana on the other hand was furious about becoming human, she knew of a way she could get her wings back, to suck the energy off of a blessed human, but she was not aware that the man she was planning to do that to was the blonde angel she loved. In the end, she regained her wings, but harming a human led to her becoming a demon instead of an angel. so in the end the two angels never got to be truly together and were separated for eternity. I think this was their god’s plan all along to somehow separate them, hence why they said, he knows they’re in love.
