The plot was going well until it became fucking shitty . The art is what kept me going eventually, like the art is so beautiful and I loved the fact that the mc wasn't blonde, silver haired, red haired, pink haired, or black haired. The mc and tev's love is overbearing and uninteresting in the sense that Tev has zero personality whatsoever but still somehow always mentions how he risked his life to come save her, they have no chemistry like fuck she had more chemistry with her fucking sister than with him, i understand that she's human too but always making her cry and making Tev the one to always comfort her despite Sylphide having more emotional connections to her because of the contract is just inconvenient and out of context. The world building was trashy, the monsters were mediocre, the chemistry between the mc and her knight was unrealistic because ain't no way in hell did their love beat death and transcend dimensions like fym by a few students magic can open a dimensional portal [ I genuinely do not care if they were all geniuses] the writer of this work is so scared of taking risks that they just made ts flop. I always knew that the dark mages will somehow be connected to Elam but fuck they went about it the wrong way [Elam liking Sylvia is ok but he was so fucking weak that all the suspense and plot armor given to him was just wack] . I genuinely don't know how to express how disappointed I am with this book but well I guess it's not as horrible because the art is pretty
